The proposed development site is in Trinity Groves, a rapidly growing neighborhood in west Dallas. The new Amazon headquarters is "expected to cost up to $5 billion to build to house upwards of 50,000 people". If Amazon were to build in Dallas, it would bring tens of thousands of new jobs and potential apartment seekers to the DFW area.
