SPI Advisory and Parker ApartmentsOn April 4th, 2024, SPI Advisory and its Dallas-based investment partner, CR Capital, LLC, announced the successful close of sale of the Parker Apartments, marking the completion of a successful six-year period of ownership.
SPI and CR Capital executed a 506(b) syndication to acquire the Parker Apartments along with the Finley Apartments, both located off Old Bullard Road in Tyler, TX. Parker Apartments was a Class-B, 192-unit apartment complex built in 1974. Under SPI and CR Capital's stewardship, the property underwent extensive renovations resulting in significant appreciation of the property's value.
