On March 10th, 2023, SPI Advisory and its syndicated deal partners disposed of the Denton, TX 240-unit apartment complex, Canopy at South Lakes (formerly known as The Coventry Apartments). Canopy at South Lakes is a garden-style, A- class multifamily property which initially attracted SPI due to being located in the high-growth suburbs within commuting distance to the DFW metroplex and surrounded by excellent employment opportunities. The property was initially acquired on February 9th, 2021 as part of a two-property portfolio along with its partner property, The Ventura Apartments.
