SPI Advisory acquires 316-unit property in North Richland Hills, Encore at Home Town.

SPI Advisory solidifies its position as a leader in the Dallas/Fort Worth Multifamily community with their second acquisition in less than 30 days. SPI Advisory recently purchased a luxury apartment community called Dolce Living Home Town in North Richland Hills, Texas, which marks their 2nd property in North Richland Hills and their 16th property acquired in Tarrant County. Just last month the Dallas-based company also purchased the well-known complex at 5 Mockingbird, located adjacent to Mockingbird Station in Dallas. 

“SPI is excited to expand its holdings in North East Tarrant County,” said Michael Becker, Principal at SPI Advisory. “To complete two acquisitions less than a month from each other goes to show our bullish outlook for the Dallas/Fort Worth economy.”

Located in the heart of the metroplex, the Home Town development houses 316 individual units with state-of-the-art amenities, including elevators, air-conditioned interior corridors, private yoga and aerobics studio, resort-style pool, and garages. The development also boasts a prime location with easy access to major highways and DFW airport.
