“SPI Advisory was able to spin off a rebranded development after a two year hold. Built in 2003 in the “Rodeo Capital of Texas,” just a few miles south of major DFW thoroughfares like I-30, I-635, and George Bush Tollway, The Ventura offers residents spacious, open floor plans, upscale community amenities, and convenient access to prominent  Downtown and North Dallas employment, shopping, and recreational centers. The 111 unit development was formerly named “Central Park Apartments.””
